| St. John's Presents to CFOs
St. Paul, Minnesota (February, 2007) -- St. John's president, Patrick Page, presents to the Oregon chapter of the Healthcare Finance Management Association on the financial realities of international recruitment.
Patrick Page presented to more than 50 members of the Oregon chapter of the Healthcare Finance Management Association. The presentation focused on how to calculate the ROI of international recruitment programs.
During the presentation, Page presented a proprietary tool for calculating the potential return for such an international recruitment program. With 13 data inputs, the tool presents a high-level calculation of the number of FTE hours that can be saved, along with the attributable financial costs.
"Organizations need to ask hard questions about the investments they make in healthcare staffing," said Patrick Page. "If they can't see a return coming, they won't invest. We help our clients understand how their money is being spent and when the investment will pay off."
